Boron Nitride Thermal Pad


WT5931-N100-60 Boron Nitride Thermal Pad is a premium gap-filled thermal conductive material, a unique blend of boron nitride and silicone that produces high performance interface pad. It has the advantages of excellent insulation, breakdown voltage strength, dielectric constant, light weight, and can absorb shock and reduce stress, thereby minimizing potential damage to components. It can solve the problem of product structural design tolerance changes, can be reused, is a good vertical heat conduction material between the heat source (CPU or electronic chip set) and the heat sink, easy to operate and rework.
