WT5921-35 Thermal Gel


WT5921-35 is made of silicone resin as a base material, added with thermally conductive fillers and additives at a certain ratio, and is a sludge processed by a special process. It has excellent high and low temperature resistance, excellent weather resistance, radiation resistance and excellent dielectric properties.
