WT 5932-280 Liquid metal thermal grease
WT 5932-280 Liquid metal thermal grease is a liquid metal modified composite thermal conductive material, its thermal conductivity can reach 28w/(m·k), suitable for military, laser, IGBT, LED and other fields. It has high thermal conductivity and low thermal resistance, which solves the problem of low thermal conductivity of traditional silicone grease and poor application.
