WT 5901-1223G Thermal silicone cloth


WT 5901-1223G is a thermal cloth product produced through a special process with a silicone resin composite material with glass fiber as the base material. Because of its excellent insulation and strong assembly operability, it is widely used between heat-generating semiconductor devices and heat-dissipating substrates. The product can be die-cut into the required shape according to the specific requirements of the customer, and a certain force is applied to fix it between the heat source device and the heat sink during assembly, which can play the role of heat conduction and insulation.
